No Question about it the Warranty plan works as I have mentioned in my other reviews, and it has saved me quite a bit of $$$$

Love them all day! This is the 2nd gen and second pair I’ve had. I won’t even worry about trying other brands to see if they are any better because these are perfect for me. Sound quality, design, and function are all top shelf. Have not had any issues and the buds have held up through daily usage. Would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a quality wireless headphone.

I used to be skeptical of store bought warrantees. They seemed like an extra money grad. I bought some electronics for work and decided to spring for the extended warranty (on my expense account) little did I know that it was the best investment ever. The item broke. Three small children at home and rough treatment at work. I walked in told them the problem and walked out with a new one. In fact , it was on sale so the difference paid for the new warranty. All my appliances are through Bestbuy and have warrantees as well. No more home warranty service for me. Saved me over 100$ per month and still have no hassle peace of mind.

Expensive, but very well worth it. They stand up to their promise of replacing or refunding (store credit I believe) without much of a fight or anything. I have used their protection plan on the noise cancelling headphones that I use day in a day out at work and cover them with paint and all kinds of drops onto concrete floors and really enjoyed when I broke them going into the store a year later and being able to swap my old ones out for a brand new pair that same day without any hassle. I will forever (as long as they have it) keep using the protection plan on my headphones, and upgrading them every 2 years.

While I haven't had to use my protection on my most recent purchases, I have had instances where my headphones were destroyed due to defects, and they let me come in and trade them out for the exact same pair, and offered me a gift card as a result of spending the money on this. If you can afford it, and especially if you're clumsy or prone to overuse products, this is worth it, the peace of mind alone makes it much easier to use my things.

They did as they said. I had a product that needed to be replaced. So with their protection plan service. Also having the BestBuy membership program. Which I highly recommend. I returned the product that malfunctioned and got my refund.

I gifted this headphones to my 15 year old who enjoyed it so much. Sound quality is definitely better than Beats and Apple. In addition the the sound quality and excellent noise cancelling, he loves that it has an aux as he was able to use it in the plane. Highly recommended!

The comfort of knowing if anything goes wrong Best buy will exchange for same item or credit towards a new one. Must have on all items i purchase thru Best Buy. Hands down best warranty from any retailer I have used.

I like to buy the protection. It has saved me so much hassle with so many different items. It is worth noting that the exchange policy is great! I had several failures of some early aero bone phone type headsets I use at work. No worries exchange for any damage that renders an item unusable. I could not be more pleased with this. It is worth noting that you have to reup the coverage when you have an item replaced, but it is still a good value.

Sound quality is clear and noise reduction work very well for the price

Good for insurance on electronic devices. Always fast and easy to get hold of.

I had been searching for a Bluetooth to use at work that would stay where I put it (not fall out of my ear) and would allow me to hear the environnent around me. The OpenRun by Shokz bone conduction Bluetooth did both and was comfortable to wear as well! Two family members (who I was visiting in Texas when I made the purchase) recommended the OpenRun and i do too!

I absolutely also buy extended warranty. Every friend of mine thinks that im crazy, but i have had so much positive experience with best buy that i just find it incredibly difficult to buy something without the warranty. Ive had the experience of running out of warranty and being helpless and stuck with out of pocket or purchasing full price. I love best buys warranty

Did what I needed. It goes past the 1 year warranty plus it's replacement.
