Best headphones. Bought a pair for my daughter. Son kept talking about them. Thinking of getting him a pair for Christmas. Better than the Apple and Bose in my opinion. Price is just right. Comes in different color schemes now.

The sound is great, but the noise cancelling sucks. I purchased extended warranty and just might return them as I need better noise cancelling. My last headset was great but just wore out quickly so I purchased these.

Possibly one of the best headphones i ever used, great sound and design, noise cancelation features are excellent. The bluetooth connection can be at times fickle and i am not crazy about the touch controls, also i wish it folded. But its a great product nonetheless.

I grabbed these headphones mainly because of the price. So far, I haven’t had issues on functionality but my only problem is that they tend to fall off. I changed the rubber ear tips to the small one and it still falls. The only way I have to keep them from falling off is to turn it 180. I’m fine with everything else except the rubber tips.

I buy a protection plan for anything over $50 because it's just too good. Sure a couple extra dollars but your buying peace of mind. The manufacturer warranty is in the first year but best buy will handle it for you. After that they will repair the device much better than having to buy a new one

great gaming headphones that are inexpensive and the protection plan is honored at the store directly. they either replace or give gift card towards another set .

At this point the protection is a must. This is one of the best and most appreciated things about Best buy ... After every purchase I make they ask "Would you like". And I stop them there and say "Yes please add the protection"

Warranty is great no hassle to replace the items. I have used the warranty before and it’s always easy get my replacement item go to the counter and just do the process and no issues.

It is a benefit since, Best Buy covers all of the damages and may replaced your item for a new one or a different product. Not all of the products are available like Apple items. Finally, there is a misconception that TV’s are fully covered which is not true! Do not ad insurance to your TV unless Best Buy’s techs are installing your TV.

Okay, please do not spend your money on expensive electronics unless you get this coverage. SO WORTH IT! My son's previous headset broke and it was replaced without any hassle. This is a great investment on my investment!
