Would recommend for anyone getting electronics as they were able to help with replacing any electronics that faltered within the time frame no questions asked.

I was kind of bummed that when you buy this for your galaxy buds, you don't get a replacement, you get your money back. So consider this before you buy: the cost of new, the amount you pay for protection, the cost you paid for the original. I bought my buds on the black Friday (weeklong now apparently) so I'll get a little more than half my money back. Something is better than nothing? Not a fan of gambling.

The protection plan worked just fine, but we had a small issue with verifying the serial number to the product i purchased. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT SERIAL NUMBER ON YOUR RECEIPT FOR THE PRODUCT, or you might run into the same issue i had. Luckily, the employees were understanding that my headphones had 3 different SN's and the wrong one was most likely scanned.

I love the geeksquad protection plan, it makes me feel at ease knowing my expensive tech has some protection.

You cant go wrong with the headphones you could be relaxing in a chair and the phone rings you just tap the right headphone and it clicks to talk on your phone once you finnish the call and hang up it go's back to.your music

These headphones are excellent it sounds like you are in a room with the music playing all around you, noise canceling is pretty good but is better with music playing, love the touch controls at the side of the headphones but they did have some software issues in the initial few months that have been resolved thank goodness. Overall a I’m in love l good job Sony. :)

The sound is excellent. One of the things i like is that i can connect two devices at the same time.

3rd set of samsung ear buds love the fact that they control my s22 . Started with the first set ever made with the s9 so we come along ways! Always a good choice with the samsung listening devices!

Hoping not to have to use this, but it's the price paid when gifting expensive electronics to teen. Disappointed by a previous claim for broken hinge repair cost.

Love these they still are witking great when I lose them I can find them with my phone they stay on really good

Geek squad is the best insurance out there. I do not purchase electronics anywhere else but bestbuy only because of the insurance.

Great value. Headphones usually last me about a year and I get ones that are the same model or at least price range. Has saved me easily a couple hundred over the past few years. I use headphones every day

I recommend always getting increased warranty on headphones. No matter how gentle you are with them after a few months there is always 1 side that dies on you or stops charging or has one of a hundred issues so the extra protection has always paid off.

I have this protection protection on all my devices. 10/5 I dont find this as an expense or waste. Its the peace of mind for people who buy expensive devices. This protection makes me reconcidee whenever im about to buy tech at some other store, just because of the protection plan. I'd rather buy the best buy protection plan than the seller guarantee

The earbuds were faulty and I was able to exchange them for a new set.

These arw thw best headphones ive ever had. Currently on my second pair. The noise canceling is top notch and the the sound is so precise. They are as comfortable as headphones can be. If youre looking for headphones these are the ones you need.
