I bought this plan and sure enough best buy refunded the money without question.

Would give 5 stars, but no fault on best buys end. Earbuds started getting static which was annoying. Never fun getting a defective item.

So it is a Smart investment to buy A protection plan because Best Buy makes it so easy when something breaks you don’t have to call up get a box go to the post office you just go into Best Buy and their friendly customer service helps you.

Great for indoors and outdoors. Can transition ambient sound to noise cancellation or the other way around. Just need to need to using the Sony app to really do anything. Price could be a bit lower really good product.

Also, when activate the noise cancelling I do not hear a thing. I just keep loving them more and more
