First time using ear pods, need to learn more about how to use but without knowing exactly how to use wore them yesterday, sounded great and were really comfortable. Only issue was that just bought 2 Samsung tv’s last year and they say will only work with tv’s 2022 and newer.

Felt like I needed to do this, as you never know with products that are new to you, and the price was right. Customer Service in the Boise Store has really gone down, as I had to ask about the plan, and they used to ask you as you checked, or let you know it was available. Same goes for any rewards you may have acquired.

Policy works. Take the items directly to best buy and you can swap it out for a new one.

These are just as good as headphones that cost $200+ for a fraction of the cost!

No matter what anybody says always get the warranty i accidentally mest up my ear pods i had bought and thanks to the warranty they just switched them out.

The headphones work great and have lasted a few years without any issues and drop in quality. Amazing sound and noise cancellation feature. Cheaper than apple’s beats with the same sound quality.

My product I purchased this protection plan on was the best thing to happen. The headphones broke days before the geek squad warranty ran out. That product is no longer available so they gave me any other headphones I wanted.

this is a must have for headphones or similar items that are prone to being dropped or just plain dying out on you. I always get this when i make small items purchase of higher value. something doesn't work and you take it and explain what is wrong and you get a replacement. easy

the protection plans from Geek Squad are great. I have been able to replace many broken earbuds and it's great. you can also replace earbuds with different earbuds and pay the difference.

Never know when you need it and when you do, Geek Squad is the best. No issues.

I have 4 kids who sometimes are a little careless with their headphones for school, so having the free replacement on those come in handy big time!! It’s a quick easy swap for new ones; no questions asked lol

We liked them so much that we bought 2 pairs of them. We have founs over the years that there's no reason to go all out on headphones for your children until they get resonable enough to stop losing or break breaking stuff.

Bose open ear technology is mind blowing. Being able to hear everything going on around me, and being able to be jamming is amazing. I would highly reccomend to anyone!
