Protection plan is an absolute must! I've never had an issue returning anything with the plan. Extremely easy process. I can't recommend it enough.

Absolutely worth every penny. If you have any doubts about this being a waste of money, just ask a representative explain the benefits to you. You will not regret. I had to use it once on previous earbuds. It pays for itself and then some.

Geek Squad 2-year protection plan seems good on the surface, however, I have not had a chance to use the warranty yet. With that being said, I always protect my items with warranties that make sense. Eventually, something will go wrong. Get the warranty.

Bought the bose quietcomfort 2 for 299.99 put geek squad on had wife take back last week had problems with them. Anyways for some reason they only decided to refund me 199.99 told mywife that's what I paid but my orders show different.

This has come in handy on multiple occasions. Wont buy anything without it, and do not have to - thanks total tech membership!

They honor their warranty and even have honored on something that went out a few weeks past its expired warranty date!
