I am able to bring my device in (bluetooth issues, charing, cosmetic, just not working anymore) to Best Buy and walk out with the same device OR given a gift card to get a comparable or more expensive device. These are well worth it!

Already used this on a set of ear buds. Expensive ear buds and they had a problem, no questions other than what was wrong then bought a second warranty for the new ear buds.
