I have an autistic son whose comfort is music. He loves these as no noise from outside can be heard. Protection plan always covers any damage.

Fantastic. Most comfortable headphones I've ever used, amazing siund quality. Only negative point is how fragile they feel, definitely wouldnt put durability to the test if I can help it.

The warranty was honored, and they helped me find the exact same ones at the store, even though they were not in stock, and needed to be ordered online. For my autistic son, this is a big deal…thank you soo much.

I love these new headphones. They sound terrific and have a lot of nice options. Thumbs up for sure. I used Bose quiet comfort before but these outperform then in many ways.

Headphones work great and noise blocking is extraordinary. I use them for the gym and it helps me stay focus while I listen to my favorite music/podcast.

I've yet to actually use the protection yet as the product actually seems very durable.

It's always great to have added protection to expensive items. I never buy anything without an extended warranty. Best buy geek squad protection is easy to use when you need it.

Love this protection! I always drop my earpods and end up damaging them. I get a chance to change them again with this.

It is a "must have items" not all earbuds last six month through two years. With the Geek Squad ADH it is just extending to "return" it after a year new earbuds get to released you can just returns it gets reimburse. use the credit to get the same one or get a different one.

you guys should get the annual membership for the warranties

I have never had to use the protection plan so that is a plus but with large purchased items I do invest in it due to the face accidents happens and it is cheaper than a new pair.

Great service to have in case something happens. Daughter had an ear bud completely die, took the headphones in and quickly got a replacement.

It's OK but needs help staying in your ear yes I would get it it works good and that's all I can say about this ear piece I got the two years accident protection I would recommend it to get it as well

I had an old pair of earbuds that I purchased the warranty on. One of the earbuds was dropped and stepped on as I was in a crowd. It was damaged. I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced the earbuds no questions asked. I also bought the warranty on my new earbuds.

Bought this for the first time with my galaxy buds pro. The way the gentleman and best buy explained the protection, I would have to be off my rocker to not make the investment. Have not had to use the policy as of yet, but the peace of mind is worth the few extra bucks.

The accidental geek squad protection has came in clutch to save me with damaged headphones or failing headphones. My receipt is on file/record and i just had to bring the headphones and charger. Very simple exchange for new ones. Saves you money rather than buying whole new ones

No muss no fuss. Headphones are critical to me. I am hard of hearing and have trouble using my phone without them. The ability to walk in, swap them out with a replacement and walk out nationwide is awesome.
