Opted for the Accidental Protection even though they were inexpensive headphones because I know the my daughter always breaks her stuff. Hopefully it won't be a hassle to get them replaced.

Bought poorly made Sony MX5. Although I am glad that I bought it from best buy with this GeekSquaad warranty which I can use for my repair or replacement.

Amazing sound quality earphones. The ambient noise feature is amazing too. Love the fact i can turn up/down the volume without touching the phone

I have used in the past geek squad protection and I believe this is must to buy after every purchase, I get it you don't want to pay extra, but in my case if something breaks you'll be really glad to have purchased the protection plan, so don't hesitate and better go and get it!

Geek squad protection is more than worth it if you are going to spend money on electronics! I have gotmy money's worth a few times!

I haven't had to invoke this service for the item that I bought it for so far, but I have done it in the past and it has been a good experience. I normally skip the warranty, but on things like controllers that can get dropped, I like the extra protection.
