Good option and protection. We had a small problem and the protection covered us completely.

This is the best program going. I have not paid full price for headphones in 10 yrs or more. If you get any electronic item from Best Buy I highly suggest the geek squad they know their stuff and it saves you a lot of money in the long term.

Bought these for my husband. He really likes them. Said they will be awesome when he goes hiking with them too.

I haven't had to use the warranty claim or geeksquad protection but it's worth it if the product is expensive.

Best protection plan! No hassle or crazy loops to jump through when using the plan as Best Buy will do everything to fix or correct the item the first time whenever I've had to use it.

Great product to have . I have used it to return different ear buds over the last couple years. Never had an issue. They refund the full purchase price of you originally paid. I would normally use that to purchase a different or upgraded earbuds.

My head phones are the best when I'm jogging and exercising and the sound prof makes it more amazing that they have me thinking that I'm in a room or area by myself.

I have smaller ears, so finding a good fit is hard. These are perfect. And they sound awesome! I wear them for hours at a time, can even lay on my side and they’re comfortable in my ear.

For the inexpensive headphones I bought this for it works great. Since these headphones only seem to last about 6-8 months the way I use them, buying this for 8 bucks and change is a money saver when I need them replaced vs. 20 bucks to buy another pair.
