For the inexpensive headphones I bought this for it works great. Since these headphones only seem to last about 6-8 months the way I use them, buying this for 8 bucks and change is a money saver when I need them replaced vs. 20 bucks to buy another pair.

The Best Buy product cover and warranty as always been a really good buy for me. When I have used it, it was always no issues.

I purchased the accidental protection plan for my Buds Pro because I wanted to make sure that if by any chance they stop working with the heat or sweat of working out, they'll be protected. Although they are water-resistant, they are not waterproof.

Got this just in case the kids break it. So far, haven't needed it.

Can't beat the value for this. Had an earbud previously stop working well after the manufacturer warranty. Filed a claim and received a new pair.
