    The protection plan best buy offers is a must! They will take the product back for any kind of malfunction or if you happen to accidentally break it. I have never had a problem getting a replacement.

    One of my earbuds got wet and unfortunately the sound was not as clear and crisp as it was originally. Took this to Best Buy, they tested and were able to replace my product.

    I always get this whenever it is offered. They have the best protection plan I have ever seen. It is super streamline and pain-free. They help you out with whatever is wrong with your device and replace it if necessary.
