Great sound and comfort. Wish it had wireless charging though. Everyone says the background noise from phone calls is horrible, but for music they are wonderful.

Having peace of mind for a product I was "iffy" about makes perfect sense to me. Turns out, the product is actually better than i though, but I'm still glad to have additional protection if needed.

Very nice and comfortable headset. When we opened the box they looked very small and like they weren’t going to fit. But they fit great.

Good sound. But the shorter (than previous models) case is pretty close to an epic fail. The shorter height makes it harder to grip and open in low moisture environments, especially if your hands are cold and dry. I appreciate the desire to make the case take up less space but by shortening it, Jabra made the case harder to use, That is why I gave the case a zero.

Geek Squad protection is worth every penny. I had an issue with my earbuds and they replaced them the same day.

Smartest decision ever made will definitely get any sort of protection plan Best Buy offers. It’s definitely worth it.

Have used Best Buys Geek Squad Protection numerous times on items purchased. Has been a good investment as I have needed the protection on a few occasions.

Had to use the Geek Squad Protection coverage before (for a different purchase). The Best Buy associate made it easy and helped me pick a replacement.

Really need it incase what happened on your gadgets you can change your product without a charge and depends offcourse on what happened and if its included and what covered.

Provides extra security for those that may be a little clumsy or have carpal tunnel.

It's good to have Geek squad protection for technical issues that can come about.
