But the shorter (than previous models) case is pretty close to an epic fail. The shorter height makes it harder to grip and open in low moisture environments, especially if your hands are cold and dry. I appreciate the desire to make the case take up less space but by shortening it, Jabra made the case harder to use, That is why I gave the case a zero.
