Worth it!

The employee offered me either store credit or a replacement of the same earbuds (I chose the store credit). Very smooth and simple process.

I like how I have the option to turn off the noise-canceling option. They are also comfy to use. The only thing I'm eh about is that I cant workout with them since they are not water resistance and Im going to probably sweat if I work out.

You never know if you end up having issues with your product. I have used it for 2 different occasions and was able to get store credit! When I got a new item, I only paid for the coverage, the rest was covered using store credit! But this will depend on what your purchase was.

Definitely recommend for anyone who uses headphones alot like I do.

Direct to store exchange,no mailing , or calling the manufacturer to wait weeks. Best investment!

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I always buy my electronics, Games, Movies from Best Buy and I ALWAYS buy the WARRANTY ON ALL MY STUFF I just bought 4 game consoles and yes the warranty as well the head phones here might not cost alot but no matter I know it will be replaced in the day an age we live in it’s wonderful to be treated so well
