I literally drove from Utah to Wisconsin on a single charge I don't think it's quite 60 hours but I was also listening at around 70%. The touch controls on the side are by far my favorite compared from Jabra and Sony. These are the only headphones aside from the Jabra Elite 85H that doesn't hurt the top of my head ( I shave my head and the hair stubble bothers me) if you have extra large ears that your cups might be too small for you. But if you don't these are the softest of most comfortable headphones that I've ever worn, but they are a little heavier than the Sennheiser moment of 3. Also the bass is not strong at all

I always make sure that I grab the 2 year Geek Squad protection plan.

I am pretty sure if I want the same product then this will work but not if I want to switch to a different product..

These over the ear headphones are truly outstanding and the quality is insane.

Whenever I have an issue they replace the headphones free so its awesome.

I really like them, noise cancellation is not like a 100% accurate, but this are my first noise cancellation headphones so I don't know how it really supposed to be, but everything else is really good, and the battery last long for so long even with high volume

Would definitely recommend the accidental insurance through Best Buy Best Buy has been very good with their customer service aspect of it although keep in mind accidental insurance coverage does not cover theft or loss so that sucks but if you break them and you still have them then it works really really well

A little bit too expensive if you are getting quality headphones but worth it if you worry a lot.
