MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT SERIAL NUMBER ON YOUR RECEIPT FOR THE PRODUCT, or you might run into the same issue i had. Luckily, the employees were understanding that my headphones had 3 different SN's and the wrong one was most likely scanned.

Planning to take in for a repair in next day or two, so will update then if the rating need to change. But for now very happy with it!

Unfortunately, wear and tear always breaks down my Bluetooth headphones. It’s an easy process to take a pair that no longer works, return it and then purchase the latest and greates.

I have purchased these 2 times now . Quality is good and would recommend. Cashier was super nice and knowledgeable to offer Plus and protection plan.

With that being said, I always protect my items with warranties that make sense. Eventually, something will go wrong. Get the warranty.
