Great product, I was able to seamlessly swap a pair of headphones which'd died on me. I talked to customer service, and they sent me directly to grab a new pair. Awesome!

Honestly Geek Squad is the only way to go. My wife doesn’t let me purchase electronics anywhere else because nothing compare to this protection.

Best buy has one of the best warrantys around i am able to returns items that do not work or i just dont like, with out running through hoops and having to do 10 plus steps for returns or exchanges.

I bought these for my friends autistic 8-year-old. He loves gaming. This way he can play his games and it's quiet for them to concentrate on their work.

These headphones are top notch the sound quality is so crisp and the noise cancelation makes you forgot there is anyone around ,especially in busy areas !!

I recommend that everyone get this protection. Even your item may come with a limited warranty this is better. I've had my headphones broke and BestBuy replace them on the dime. The ones I had to replaces was on sale at the time and they give me the different and pay back.

Love the noise cancellation function on the JBL headphones. I can spend the workday focused on my tasks instead of the surrounding noise(s).

does what it does and best buy replaced a defunct product when it went bad like the description describe. I usually don't purchase things without it now. the more expensive items will require the item to be shipped in and/or worked on by geek squad instead of a replacement on the spot

My samsung bud 2 right bud randomly stopped working one day and the warranty was able to cover it. I essentially ended up paying a fraction of the price for new ear buds.

It’s all worth it! When I have issue with my product, they’ll give me a store credit.

Always good to have a backup to the warranty. Hope I don't need it.
