The best earphones i ever had; always in place; they dont fall out of my ear; confortable; great quality of call and sound; love them.

I purchased the accidental protection plan for my Buds Pro because I wanted to make sure that if by any chance they stop working with the heat or sweat of working out, they'll be protected. Although they are water-resistant, they are not waterproof.

The protection plan provided an easy, no hassle and quick replacement option when it was (quickly) determined that was the best option.

My head phones are the best when I'm jogging and exercising and the sound prof makes it more amazing that they have me thinking that I'm in a room or area by myself.

I like this ear bud but it only last me 1week because it fell inside snow and I couldn't find it.. I had insurance with it and I went back to the store to claim, I was told the insurance did not cover lost, it only cover damage and I am left with left side so I just drop it at home and I was mad that it was only used for few days out of 7 days. I will only give 4points.

The two year warrantee from Best Buy is one of the greatest values I have ever found. Full replacement within the two years and no hassles. What else could you want.
