Great product, works awesome and does everything it says.

It is always better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it definitely worth the price.

Haven't had to use it as of yet. But I always but protection for my devices.

I would recommend this warranty. My daughter had a minor problem with her Fitbit and it was replaced with no problems.
