Love that I can rely on geek squad for repairs! I recommend!!

Got this watch for mom's birthday back in November of last year (upgraded her from an active) and she's using it every single day, she loves it!

I have bought protection plans on all of my Best Buy products products. And I love having the extra padding of protection do not have to worry about if or when it breaks.

Anytime I buy fitness & mp3 devices I always get the Geek Squad Protection plans. I kayak & I've learned that anything that I wear or carry is going to be subject to lots of water. The plan(s) have saved my wallet on more than one occasion.

I had my original warranty and had use half of it but was told I had cash out the remaining 1 yr warranty cause I could use the FITBIT warranty instead Got to tell you I’m real Leary now that it’s to deal with manufacturer vs Geeks

When your watch stops working take it to best buy and they will take care of you. Never have issues with this service.

I dropped my Samsung Gear watch and it caused one of the buttons to become stuck. I had the Geeksquad protection and i took it back to the store and they exchanged the watch for me and i was on my way with a new watch within 20 minutes

The best option when purchasing in best buy is to get geeks protection. It saves you a lot of troubles.

I sleep better at night knowing that I have replacement coverage should the Fitbit Charge 2 fails. I've owned three Fitbits in three years. The first one I lost (pedometer). The other two were Fitbit Charge HR. Each failed within 18 months.

Haven't had the chance to use them yet, but the in-store customer service has always been really good

Over the years I have been a Best Buy shopper I usually purchase the protection plan and Best Buy has always exceeded my expectations the few times I had to use.
