I like my new watch I like the new functions of the watch

Haven't had to use yet, but it is peace of mind knowing you have it

It’s good in case of a accident or defective product.

Anyone that buys more than 5 pieces of electronics at Best Buy should get this plan. It helped me save money on washer and dryer installations, notebook SSD harddrive swaps, camera repairs, and a few more. The new feature they have now is that anything that you buy, you get 2 years extra geek squad protection. I think it is worth the money so far and the tech guys in Colma location and pervious San Bruno location are just great people!

I bought this for my son when he got his new Galaxy phone. A year later someone dropped his phone while taking a picture and the screen cracked, so we brought it in to get fixed. Was told a new screen would cost $100 or we could get a new phone for $250. Since the phone was a year old and would require them to crack the case to replace the screen we went ahead and went with a new phone. Took a couple days for them to send us the new phone and we sent the old one back. Quick memory transfer and back in service.

We purchased the Geek Squad Protection plan for my husband and my Samsung watches. We have many construction projects and work with materials that could potentially damage our watches since we are using our hands and arms a lot. We wanted the assurance that our watches were covered if something were to happen to them. We have purchased the protection plans for other products before and have been very happy with the service provided and what is included under their coverage plan.

Always get this because the tech never seems to last. Never had any issues with using the warranty.

I haven’t used the 2 year warranty yet but I’ve been to the geek squad before. They’re friendly and very knowledgeable. The 2 year warranty is really nice, especially since some electronics break down in that time

Glad I got the Geek protection, My watch face took a hit from a blunt object at work. It probably save my wrist frim damage. My Geek warranty was almost up in 2 weeks but no questions asked, gave me a new one of current model and i was on my way.

The geeksquad product replacement is a true necessity for any product that is likely to break with daily use. These guys are great! If it something like a watch, or game console bring it in and they'll troubleshoot it on the spot and if it can't be fixed replace it right then and there. For larger items they'll send a tech to your house to diagnose and repair the item. If it cant be fixed a gift card for the original amount will be in the mail. It gives you peace of mind to know that this type of quality coverage and support is available.

Just added peace of mind for your electronics. Hopeful to never use it, but appreciate the assurance.
