I got the two year protection on a smart watch. When it broke, it was incredibly easy to get it replaced. Well worth the cost.

Two of us bought the band and both worked great for the first month. One band malfunctioned, stopped syncing, and screen became static. BUT thanks to BB's return policy and Geek Squad, I was able to replace the malfunctioning band with a new one. The new one is working great. Now we have 2 happy MS Band users in our home.

Have had to use the plan several times with an old smartwatch. Super simple return and was able to get a new one same day. I purchase these with everything now!

So I bought a fitbit for my wife after I accidentally step on her old one. After having it for awhile the band broke. Thank goodness I bought this service plan.

Purchased the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement and glad I did. It can be replaced for any reason, my band was torn and received a new Fitbit.

I never buy this insurance but I did on this product and when my dog got skunked and the band held on to the smell they replaced the unit immediately.

I get Geek Squad on practically everything. The convenience of getting to work with best buy over the manufacturer is huge! And I always know my investment is protected.

This service is quality...not all companies back up their products. Appreciate the suggestion to purchase
