Geek Squad is very helpful I just don't like the fact that they don't give you some information because of your best buy card status. If you need to know something and you have the best buy card they should answer your question

i purchased the guarantee and don't regret it. love that when i go in if something is wrong they assist me and i can get a replacement with out the third degree burn.

I'm really happy I got the insurance for my Fitbit bcos after using a lot starts bubble and band falling apart but with the insurance you get a replacement right away

good in general, i prefer to get it because you never know what gonna happen in the future.

You should always get something to back up a defective product. Just in case. Best Buy has never sold me something that didn't work, but I do like to be prepared.

I'm glad I purchased the warranty because that last watch cracked in half without me dropping it or anything & I was able to replace it without paying additional money.

Good watch, had it for a while now and it works great.

Helped me get my new Apple Watch with the replacement. Don't know how you don't buy one of these to save you money knowing they will always stop working someday.

Have had no issues or questions asked when I had problems with anything purchased and had to return. ALWAYS buy the2 yr protection plan if available!

I always get this on my electronica devices and have used and never had a problem with him honoring the guarantee.

As someone who is very accident prone, I highly recommend this plan. It has helped me twice before and definitely paid for itself. Absolutely essential with wearable tech.
