My original fit bit went out, took it back to B/B and they replaced it, I in turned paid for the 2 year replacement warranty on the replaced watch.

my band broke on my fitbit,i wasn't sure it was covered under the warranty ,but they replaced everything and prorated my new warranty. awesome company

We hope we will not need the service but, if we do, we hope it is as easy as stated.

I had to have my samsung smart watch replaced and the replacement plan replaced it with no hassles or problems. Definate must have for any tech item.

Bestbuy's accidental protection plan is a must for any electronics. Accidents happen and the protection plan helps take the stress out of damaging your device.

I highly recommend getting this option... even if it is your fault, Best Buy will replace it free of charge!!

I usually don't get these warranties but decided to try this due to known issues with the item it coverd. The item failed and since it is no longer available Bestbuy allowed me to apply the price toward a similar item.

Cannot say this enough this insurance is a must have on certain product you buy you must have this insurance
