I have had no complaints with the geek squad protection. Seamlessly and effortlessly get a credit for defective merchandise. Has saved my butt on several occasions.

Can't go wrong for two years for the price. You never know and it save money in the long run. No hassles either.

I've had to replace my previous watch and having the protection through best buy helped. The frustrating part was because they didn't have my original watch on stock, I needed to choose from a more expensive watch and had to pay the difference as well as purchase another another protection plan. Although, I understand the business side of it, I wasn't expecting to have to pay anything...because I thought that was the purpose of having the protection plan. Also, over the phone, best buy didn't seem knowledgeable on the whole replacement plan they offer and that was frustrating because the employee I spoke to over the phone was not going to honor the product replacement plan. But I went into the store, with my printed plan and another associate knew their products and exchanged my item.

I get Geek squad with everything I buy!!! Believe me when I say it is worth it. I have used it multiple times and it has ALWAYS been hassle free no worries!!!!

Upgrades to the watch are awesome. More control, more data and more fun! Glad I upgraded!

Buy it! Buy it now!!!!!! How could you not want to protect your investment, that you'll be using while outdoors and active. As clumsy as I am, it's a no brainer.

Definitely what you need on a watch. My 1st Samsung lasted just under a year.
