The product is worth putting the protection plan on it because I wear it all the time and it’s possible that I could damage it so it makes sense to have replacement coverage on it.

Purchasing the geek squad plan is definitely worth it.

The Tech at geek squad was very helpful in showing me how to ser up my new Samsung smat watch!

As I had to utilize the warranty for my smartwatch, I found it peculiar that I still had to pay a fee despite having already paid for the item. While I'm grateful for the warranty that allowed me to replace the faulty product, it seems counterintuitive to charge a fee for something that should have been included in the original purchase. I believe this is something worth looking into to ensure that our customers are receiving fair and transparent treatment.

My hubby bought me a FitBit in May for my birthday, & for some reason added the replacement plan to it: we rarely do that! But my FitBit menu button on the side was hard to push in; one day it was impossible to do, & I had to hold it down forever to even see the time, then it wouldn't scroll thru the rest of the options, like total steps, heart rate, etc. We took it to Best Buy, & after Customer Service looked at it, I was given a totally new one, same type (HR+) & color. It was totally worth the extra money ($25, I believe) to fully replace a $150 item!! Great service!!

I know from past experience that Geek squad stands behind the products you protect and make it super easy to replace what cannot be repaired.

Always good to add warranty to expensive items, best buy have a really good warranty policy

Great plan! Much needed for a kids watch! Who knows what kind of toughness can happen!

I bought the protection plan on my husband’s Fitbit Charger 2. At the time, they didn’t have screen protectors yet. My husband’s job is very demanding and many times his watch will take a beating. Besides all the scratches, he had cracked his screen. We brought his watch in and they replaced it. On top of that, we were able to buy another protection plan on the new one. My husband and I think this protection plan is amazing!

My Samsung watch died about a year and a half into this warranty. Worked like a charm. No questions asked and gave the money back that I orginally paid and was able to get a newer watch.

This is the best thing next to sliced bread. Without it i would be without products right now. The fact i know if something goes wrong i am covered is a big peace of mind.

I always get best buy protection plan. it's come in very handy at times. wouldn't be with out it

I love my watch and i love how its compatible with my s24. I have and never will be an apple user.

I have not had to access their services as yet, but documents arrived timely. I received a follow up message making sure that I was aware of the 2 year Geek Squad Protection.

Best Buy Geek Squad is easily one of the best purchases for wearable tech. Everyday stuff happens and things like smartwatchs and headphones are something that can easily be broken, I have never had any issues getting and item fixed or replaced. 10/10 I would always buy geek squad protection for items I use daily especially wearable tech because you never know what life will throw at you.

I haven't used the service yet for my watch which i purchased this under but i have used geek squad service for other items before and i have never had an issue. If it wasnt fixed then it was replaces with no hassle!
