Have had the GSS on a few electronic Items. Never had an issue with needing a warranty replacement. No Hassles at all. They gave the New Replacement Item. Not a refurbished Item like some companies (cough uhm VZW uhm). I recommend getting this coverage on any electronic large ticket Item.

All locations I've been to, agents are knowledgeable, happy to help, and always given me a pleasant experience. I don't know where you find these people but they're all great and make trading in exciting.

These watches are a little over priced and they come out with a new one way too frequently. But the Samsung smart watches are all too quality with excellent ease of use and interface.

The Moto 360 rounded design has become my favorite over the traditional square/rectangle design most other smart watches have. My favorite feature is that it has support for iOS so I can use it with my 6 Plus with the main features this watch has to offer. (Unfortunately it will require you to connect to an android device to set up but will not be needed once set up is complete.) Its affordable and looks great.

I almost always buy warranties with big purchases, but have never had an easier time with getting a replacement. I brought in the defective product, they took a look at it, had me get a new one off the shelf and in less than 15 minutes I was out the door. I also had lost the receipt but they were able to find all my information using my address. I would be tempted to pay slightly more for a product just because of the ease of replacement with their warranty!

I just used this warranty on my galaxy watch. The watch face was not responsive to touch any longer. They swapped it out for me at the store with a new one. They didn't have the exact model in the store, but offered to order it. Instead, I opted for the newest model that was stocked in store & only had to pay the $30 price difference. Of course I purchased a new warranty with it as well.

Purchased for my nephew who works ad mechanic and didnt want smart watch but i wanted him to test one out and he loves this thing. Long lasting and something simple.

Bought as a gift for my son. He loves it. It works as it should

I really love my watch. There are so many apps you can ad to it. I especially love the fact that you can check whether you are in a-fib or not. This saved my life knowing there was an issue with my heart.

The 2 year protection was thoroughly explained when offered. The service representative was helpful and did not pressure me to write it.

Protection plans on smart devices are an absolute Must. The geeks squad Protection plan makes dealing with damaged watches, headphones and other devices so easy to deal with. They can take a day ruining experience and fix it quickly

This is a great thing to have. Ive used it on other items they take it back with no questions asked and give you a new one or repair the one you got. Mainly give you a new one tho

I had the misfortune that my watch 4 had a broken battery and I took it to have the warranty validated and without any objections they returned my money for what the watch cost me.

This is the number 1 buy for any electronic that you get. I have had the worst luck with items and this comes in clutch.

I tried to buy four different smart watches from Amazon and none worked with my phone. I bought this one at cheaper price thinking if nothing easl I would just return it. This watch is easy to setup and get working with no problems.

When it comes to smart electronics coverage is a must. Do not short yourself because of a few extra bucks. The peace of mind alone is worth it.
