Great service protection plan. Best in class, in my opinion.

Love the Garmin 955. A little bigger than my 945, functionality gives me everything I need in my Triathlon journey. My only regret is not knowing the 965 came out a couple months later with a superior display.

was given the Samsung gear S3 watch for my birthday almost 2 years ago. My wife bought the extended warrantee. this past week the watch battery started to fail. was only getting about 7 hours life between charges. Not good. went to Best Buy with receipt. they gave me a STORE CREDIT gift card for the full purchase price of the watch plus tax. I then bought the latest generation of the same watch, with the extended Warrantee of course.

I purchased this one becz when I had my Active smartwatch, I had purchased one for it and when it failed to charge and I took it in to be fixed. When they found that it couldn't be fixed I recieved all of what I paid for the watch and the protection it was within the 2 year period. Was I happy yessss, I used it purchased my newer smartwatch 3!!!

I cracked my watch screen while swimming in a lake just a couple months after getting my smartwatch. At first I was really upset until I remembered I purchased the protection plan. I went into the store and they replaced it the same day with the same product even though it was no longer on sale.

they did not have the smart watch 5 any more so i got the smart watch 6 for the same price and i really love my smart watch 6

This is my second time buying the two-year accidental geek squad product replacement. The first time was for my Samsung watch and because I bought this product replacement I was able to bring in my Samsung watch that stopped working and replace it with a brand new one, essentially an upgrade to the watch I used to have because they no longer have the same model. So with his protection you either get a new watch of the same quality or better.

I bought the 2 years accidental squad protection for my sister's samsung galaxy watch which i gifted her for her birthday. I was having some issue with the bluetooth setup as i wasnt able to connect the watch with the phone. I called the customer service at Geek Squad and they helped me out to fix the issue. I love their customer service. Thank you Geek Squad.

I never believed in getting the "extended Warranty" Until Best Buy , They Honor the warranty without ANY Hassle, My wife had a screen flickering on phone, the Best Buy geek squad took a look said she needed new one, they walked her to the case unlocked it and said pick out new one !! I am serious Please purchase this

I have owned a few activity watches over the time. For one I can say I do not like the Fitbit. I decided to go to Garmin and see how they would work. I got this vivoactive and so far I am pretty satisfied with how it works. The activities are nice to track each individual activity and I think the app is pretty easy to use. It allows you to track all your activities and keep an eye on things. As with any heart rate monitor they're all just kind of a guess. So it's kind of neat to see the changes in hr but I pretty much use it just for the ability to switch between different activities easily. Also I noticed that it doesn't really count steps when you're driving like other trackers have. In short probably not worth $200 but I don't hate myself for buying it either.

Love this watch. The only thing i dont like is the battery. It lasts only 3 days at the most and it loses more battery on airplane mode than it does it i dont turn it on.

Whats not to love, you break it accidentally or it acts up and you get the original purchase price minus Geek Squad Protection cost towards a new one. Some can be pricey but if you do the math for certain electronics its more than worth it.
