Replacement, was very easy for my smart watch. No questions asked simple process in the store. I brought the protection again for new device.

I have purchased the Polar Loop2. This replaced my first two Polar Loop fitness trackers. I have purchased the 2-year replacement plans because they seem to no longer maintain the charge or the LED display would not illuminate. Purchasing the plans have saved me from losing out and having to pay full cost for a replacement within a 2-year period.

I have several Fitbit watches (Surge, Blaze, Versa, Ionic, and the balance Aria), and they all work PERFECTLY. Apple watch owners just do not believe that the battery lasts between 5 and 7 days. But, the most important is their service. They reply timely (within hours) and never drop you, until your problem is solved.

I purchased this for my galaxy watch 4. If you are active I feel this is a must. I had the coverage for my watch 3 and it had some issues. They not only covered the watch but refunded my my money and I used it to purchase my current watch 4

They always assist with any problem and help troubleshoot, I truly appreciate these guys we would be lost without them.

Even though the smart watch screen is made with gorilla glass and makes it virtually impossible to break it easily, it is a peace of mind to purchase a protection plan with it. It is a gorgeous watch with many functions that wow the tech geek within. For the price, it is a good quality watch and the band is rubber and very comfortable to wear, even while sleeping.

Geek Squad will come directly to your house if the problem can't be answer with there 24/7 service, just call em up and they will schedule whatever is the best time for you come back out and help with any malfunctions you may have rather with your tv, computer, phone or smart watch etc.

Do not, I repeat do not, leave the store without the geek squad protection plan on anything with a battery or, well anything period! It covers components, as well as normal wear and tear. When it breaks, or the battery begins to only hold for so long. Go get a brand new one. No hassle, no questions. If your not going geek, your losing. Period
