I am so happy I purchased this 2 year warranty. I purchased it for my Fitbit and when my Fitbit broke, it was so easy to bring it in the store and get a replacement with no problem at all. It took about 5 minutes and because the Fitbit was actually cheaper at the time of exchange, I even got money back on my purchase. Definitely recommend.

Got the protection plan for the Versa watch due to ongoing design flaws associated with older models. It’s a highly used item and subjected to ongoing wear and tear. Also, I don’t know how it’ll hold out in swimming pools for extended periods of time. Haven’t used this yet but a small price to pay.

I am so grateful for this protection plan; especially since I have had to use it 3 times on my smart watch that was defective. This plan allowed me to have a replacement watch immediately; I did not have to send the old one off and wait for the new one.

my old one stopped working a year to the day i bought it. good thing i paid the initial 19.99 protection so i was able to go in and get a replacement. i got the same one and paid the geek squad protection so when it breaks again i can get another one.

Purchased it with myFitbit. Great purchase. When I got back into Crossfit and wanted something to monitor my HR while doing so, the Fitbit Blaze and 2 year protection plan were a great purchase pair. I was able to replace my item with no problem after the band began to tear and watch had a hard time updating. Staff was fast and helpful.

Having this protection provides u with peace of mind that in the event something happens to our computer, someone is there to address it and even more important these days that it can be addressed via internet and not go into a store "filled" with people.

Always get the GS when getting items that might have accidents.

I mainly use the samsung smart watch as my watch but did get to use and see the fitbit watch and see the improvement of the current watch conpare to the old ones where a relative of mine use over 6 years ago.

I would always recommend getting protection coverage with each purchase. If anything happens you take back the item and get a replacement. They don't hassle you about how or why, they just take care of you. I have used them so many times over the past 5 years.

Bought this to go with my expensive Fenix 6X Pro Solar watch. I never leave 'home' without it. Worth it, knowing I can use it if something happens. Especially a used item like a Fenix watch where I'm MTBing, running, swimming, etc.

Love that I can take my watch into a best buy store for service or issues. Ive only had to do so once and my watch was replaced with a new one.

The Geek Squad plan that I had on my old vivoactive HR covered replacement for "wear & tear" when the band broke. Since the HR is not carried any longer they replaced it with a vivoactice 3 (which is the new version of the HR). The only cost was for a new Geek Squad plan since the HR was over a year old.

It provides in-store, in-home, and online repair and installation services for a variety of electronics, including computers, phones, televisions, and home appliances.

I got the Fitbit Charge 2 with the best buy warranty and it was totally worth it! I had a problem with my band, and I could easily replace my fitbit and get a new one for it. The exchange did not take any time and I was helped out promptly. I did not have to pay extra to replace the band or for repairs as it was all covered.

So excited to have this extra added protection and peace of mind.

Protect my watch! Havent had to use it yet! but with a pricey watch like this gotta have a back up plan!
