I always get the protection on all the item just in case I want to exchange for something better, the service is great

I bought a fitbil like 3 years ago and already had to change it 3 times since I had problems with the bands and every time I go they give me a brand new one withouts questions. The only bad thing is that now you can only use it once and then you have to buy a new guarantee.

I had PROBLEMS with 2 different products. They gave me 2 different fitbits, my THIRD FITBIT, working well, SO FAR. My printer is not printing correctly, the GEEK SQUAD checked my account, and to my surprise, they said bring it back, we will give you a new one. I was.pleasantly surprised

The Geek Squad helped me set my watch up and was very informative with how the plan worked.

Got the geek squad protection due to the fact in case something serious happened to the product in question im not left with something I can not fix. Hopefully I will not have to use it but got it just in case.

I Love the service plans at Best Buy on purchases that are used a lot and have great potential to break down ex: bumping and scratching or wires twisting, battery wont charge! They honor them and no worries l feel like I won’t have to shell out the full price again!

Needed a replacement controller. The salesperson was extremely helful in helping me purchase the right one.

When I buy wearable technology, I am going to use it! I will clean it and treat it right, but inevitably sometimes things break, like my Fitbit Charge2 band after 6 months. I brought it into the geek squad, and I was issued a full replacement on the spot! Love it!

So far so good i suppose. Haven't had to use it, knock on wood. Will update on how it works

Guess if it broke i would take the thing to geek squad and they can fix it.

Awesome! Recommend that everyone get the warranty. My watch was almost 2 years ago and I got a new Galaxy 4 replacement when the steps stopped counting.
