Very much worth it if you are using a device that you will be wearing daily and could be subject to wear and tear. I had to replace mine twice after it malfunctioned and they happily replaced it with a new one

I just got my Samsung S3 Smartwatch. It's really Rugged & it Compliments my Wrist. It has Many features.... Too many to Mention. I like that it has Many WATCH FACES, so you can customize it to your Style Daily.

You never know when you will need a replacement but when you do it is such a relief to use the repacement plan. I've had to use them once or twice and they work great. No hassle highly recommend on anything you buy.

I bought a Samsung Gear fit2 for my first activity tracker and didn't want to risk it... So I bought protection and being rough on the gear, it blew the band. Bestbuy was very quick and professional in replacing. Very happy.

My Fitbit broke after a year and a half of having it and the company wasn’t able to do anything for me but offer a 20% discount. Best Buy was able to replace it for me with the use of the warrenty right in the store!

When I purchased this I was under the impression based on prior services that this was one and done. Unfortunately this wasn't explained that this policy did not have an "R" for replacement and required that it be sent to Geek Squad USA. They had it a week and I was without my device for a week and at the end of the day they replaced it. Which could had happened on the day I bought it in. it was clearly not repairable but I understand they are trying to reduce replacements vs repair, but this made me less the stratified customer

Bought it just in case,haven't had to use it yet. Hopefully wont need it, but give you a sense of security.

I usually don't purchase these types of services; however, I am totally glad I did in this case. My product was damaged after the manufacturers warranty expired and I was able to replace it because I purchased this service.

I've had problems with 2 Fitbits. A battery wouldn't charge in one. A band broke on another. Each time I was able to get it replaced because I had Geek Squad protection. So easy! I loved not having to send the product anywhere.

Bought a new iPhone and added this to the bundle. I always add Geek Squad Protection to my iPhone and iPads. Quick replacement if something goes wrong!

This is a great protection plan for a great price and there are no monthly fees it's a 1 time purchase which is awesome. You never have to worry about damaging your device and having to put another $400 down for a new one
