The new way that Best Buy handles returns if you purchase the warranty is pretty good. When I had problems with my son's fitbit not holding a charge, they exchanged it with no hassle, no questions, just the replacement product.

Buy my smartwatch and added extended warranty for a fraction of what it would cost to fix it or replace it. Definitely, this is why I'm a loyal best buy customer, because of their warranty and world class customer service

I’m clumsy. I drop things all the time. I remember losing my phone so i attempted to use my tablet for music. Well it fell off the bathroom sink and totally cracked all over. Best Buy replaced it not charge!!!!

The 2-year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement simply gives me peace of mind should something happen I can get it replaced. Definitely something worth considering that could save you a lot of money down the road.

The protection plan is a most despite what others say. I always get a plan when I buy electronics from Best Buy, specially if they are expensive.

The Best Buy warranty is a definite for any product. I have used it once before to repair a microwave. The parts were shipped to the house prior to the Geek Squad arriving, so the microwave was repaired in one visit.

The strap is worth the change alone and the software is nice.

Gotta have Geek Squad Protection plans on everything! So worth it. Especially things like this Kindle Fire tablet or anything with a screen since the protection plan covers accidental damage also!!

I had to replace my Fitbit around 3 times and they gave me a new one every time. Also if it is broken and you are wanting to upgrade they will give you what you paid for it and put it towards something else.
