My wife's Fitbit stopped charging after three months. She took it in and they handed her a new Fitbit. Also the new Fitbit has a 2 year geek squad on it also. From the day of the exchange. Would buy this again.

I love the geek squad protection, got this replace when the strap had a crack, and it was fast and easy.

Anything product that I buy from Best Buy, I always add the Geek Squad. Protection. I am glad I got it because at work I bump my watch a couple of times and I know if it damaged, I can take it back with no problem.

Nothing like having peace of mind. Well worth the cost of not having to be extremely careful with my delicate devices. Im a firm believer in warranties.

My Fitbit stopped working and just as simple as giving them my info and the front desk lady said go pick a new one ! I paid a small prorate cost (which is fair!) and boom! I have a new one that same day ! Love it
