I love having this! You never know when your product will break. I love that it covers anything and everything and any service that needs to be done to it!

I never buy from BestBuy without a protection plan or total tech support.

So far so good it seems like it will be a great product if I have to ever use it.

good in general, i prefer to get it because you never know what gonna happen in the future.

I like that anytime i have had an issue my device was fixed or replaced.

The help from customer service was great they def helped me out and solve my issues every time i calldd

this plan is great for anyone that has any type of electronics at home. They set up a appointment quick and do a great job

Definitely a great thing to get, they have returned my watch with no problems or questions. Worth the extra $.

Hopefully I won't have to use this and can say it was a waste of money, but until then it brings a little piece of mind.

Bestbuy's accidental protection plan is a must for any electronics. Accidents happen and the protection plan helps take the stress out of damaging your device.

my band broke on my fitbit,i wasn't sure it was covered under the warranty ,but they replaced everything and prorated my new warranty. awesome company

My original fit bit went out, took it back to B/B and they replaced it, I in turned paid for the 2 year replacement warranty on the replaced watch.

I had to have my samsung smart watch replaced and the replacement plan replaced it with no hassles or problems. Definate must have for any tech item.

I received this activity tracker as a Christmas gift. It is really attractive and truly keeps me on track. I love when it alerts me to get moving. A great gift.

I usually don't get these warranties but decided to try this due to known issues with the item it coverd. The item failed and since it is no longer available Bestbuy allowed me to apply the price toward a similar item.
