I bought this protection plan and my FitBit broke after 1 year and 10 months. I took it to Best Buy and they replaced it - no questions asked!

This watch does it’s job but can be improved upon. Had my son fly unaccompanied and this watch worked when he landed. He’s able to call me and text the little emojis. However the watch dies fast, I give it a school day before it needs to be charged. The location may sometimes lag as well but it’s a good started communication device for kids.

Always a great idea to get the geek squad because you never know what may happen. I recommend this for everyone.

I got a Samsung watch as a gift and as much as I plan on using it I felt it was in my best interest to get some added protection. I love the fact I had up to 30 days after the purchase to still add some protection to it

I have had to use my replacement plans on past purchases. It was well worth it no questions asked they replaced my item that could not be repaired

What more can I say other than if I didn't have this protection I will have to pay hundreds of dollars rather than getting a replacement for free.

This replaced my Apple AirPort router when Apple's six month warranty already expired. I was a given a replacement while in store. Brand new off the shelf.

Just like insurance on your car. Get insurance on your Electronics. It should be a "no brainer".
