Protection is a must for me. I am hard on my items and this has saved me money. I have used this many times getting a replacement for broken items and they have been replaced. worth the money spent.

I had PROBLEMS with 2 different products. They gave me 2 different fitbits, my THIRD FITBIT, working well, SO FAR. My printer is not printing correctly, the GEEK SQUAD checked my account, and to my surprise, they said bring it back, we will give you a new one. I was.pleasantly surprised

I bought a fitbil like 3 years ago and already had to change it 3 times since I had problems with the bands and every time I go they give me a brand new one withouts questions. The only bad thing is that now you can only use it once and then you have to buy a new guarantee.

I chose to get this support just in case I needed the support. Glad I did not need. However, would have been a better deal if it was for 5 years at a better price.

Simply the best option out there. I've been buying the protection plans for the longest times, not just for BestBuy but, other stores, and have to say that BestBuy, is simply the best.

I Love the service plans at Best Buy on purchases that are used a lot and have great potential to break down ex: bumping and scratching or wires twisting, battery wont charge! They honor them and no worries l feel like I won’t have to shell out the full price again!

When I buy wearable technology, I am going to use it! I will clean it and treat it right, but inevitably sometimes things break, like my Fitbit Charge2 band after 6 months. I brought it into the geek squad, and I was issued a full replacement on the spot! Love it!

I like the fact that best buy allows customers who purchase items from there store to have the option of coverage. Which I personally have had come in handy when certain purchases have defaults or effects which allows either a fix or replacement of the item I am one satisfied customer.

Love these extended warranties for Watches. Usually after 2 years they watch batteries get weaker and with this plan you can trade in your old watch and get a new watch. Love it.

I have chosen to purchase the extra protection plan on several purchases, and it has definitely paid for itself. They have made it easy to keep your records stored thru their system, so you avoid the hassle of losing receipts. I will use this again on my next large purchase for sure!!

Got the geek squad protection due to the fact in case something serious happened to the product in question im not left with something I can not fix. Hopefully I will not have to use it but got it just in case.
