I love my fitbit and wear it pretty much everyday and every night. It was sad when I woke up one morning and the strap had fallen off. Luckily I had a warranty and it was an easy exchange, plus they gave me a pro-rated warranty for another two years.

Bestbuy has such a fantastic deal with their replacement plans. They're easy, reasonably priced, and a lifesaver if your expensive product breaks down. Go to customer service with your old product, leave with a brand new one. There's no catch. It's that simple.

I alway get Geek squad protection on all my electronics, its great to know that if my device fails I can get it replaced at my local store without having to ship it and wait weeks like other stores replacement plans.

Glad I saw I bought this protection plan. Having to keep gluing the wrist bands onto the watch. Will take it in and get a new wrist band. Watch works great, the wrist band keeping coming off.

Geek Squad is great in customer service! They do all they can to make you happy, especially if the fix cannot take place right away. It is nice that they can take care of most needs right in store without having to wait for weeks at a time for shipping and processing.

I got this for my Samsung Gear 2 smart fitness watch. After wearing the watch everyday for a few months... in the rain... working... swimming... biking... ect. It finally stopped working. I boxed it up and took it back for an exchange no question asked. Worth it!

Guess if it broke i would take the thing to geek squad and they can fix it.

I accidently broke my watch running and I was able to go to Any Best Buy and replaced it so fast. Only thing it did not have the same watch. But I upgraded even better at a cheaper price. Accidents happen all the time. It is better to be safe than sorry.

Guys, I am so happy and proud of myself for buying the 2 year accidental replacement insurance. It's a good investment. I've used it for the first time and the process was so simple. They only ask me one question and I was able to exchange the product with no problem.

I bought my wife a high-end watch, and like all beautiful and delicate things exposed to the real world, replacement insurance is a wise choice. Especially at the cost of the service versus the cost of the watch!

Bought the fit-bit watch for my son as a X-Mas present. He is very happy with it so far as you uses it all time when he goes out and does some running or walking exercising. We bought the Accidental Replacement Warranty for the product in case something happened to the fit-bit. This gives my son a good piece of mind on the product. As of now he has not had to utilize this warranty.
