I haven't used the protection on my watch yet because of COVID. However, this protection plan covers accidental damage like scraping against the wall. Plan on using the plan soon for this type of damage.

When I got my MoTo I got it because it was a different. But it turned out very useful. In texas we are not allowed to use our cell phones my moto lets me see who is calling or messaging me without having to pick up my phone it tells me the weather or latest news I love it.

This will be your best investment if your able to spend the extra. Haven't had any issues getting things replaced. Sat on my Sony mbx 950 headphones. No need to explain what happened. They best buy associate replaced them the same day with no problems.

Normally do not purchase these replacement contracts, but for a smart fitness watch, the chances of damage or failure are very high. Probably not if, but when the watch becomes unusable, peace of mind that the next version will be provided at no cost.

When I purchase a computer a printer or any high cost item I always feel satisfied knowing that I have a protection plan available to me if needed and that is a definite plus for me and my family

Haven't had to just it yet but I feel confident knowing it is there when I need it

They were great no hassles ! I have the warranty .They were very helpful in finding me a New Fit bit Charge 2 and I was back tracking my walking in minutes ! I always shop Best Buy for my needs and there great at replacement of warranty items !

This is worth the money as far as I'm concerned. We had a Samsung active 2 watch that had a glitch in it and they replace the watch with a brand new one. So the insurance was well worth getting.

For just a little bit of money spent you get piece of mind for when your device eventually breaks. Dont fool yourself by saying you're extremely careful and it wont happen to you, cause it will and you'll be stuck with the bill. Get Geek Squad protection.

Great plan for the smart watch. Usually the battery life has shortened before the protection plan is over and i can get a new watch

I choose Best Buy over the other stores because of the Geek Squad protection, it allows me to enjoy my purchases knowing they are protected.

especially for wearable tech, you will want the protection plan. when my fitbit started fraying on the band, i was able to replace it with the new blaze model and had trade cash left over to get another band for the new watch. thanks geeks!

Had to use this when my sons xbox headphones stopped working. Came in handy when we upgraded to a different kind since there wasnt the same kind available in store just paid the difference in price.
