Haven't had to use it for this purchase, but I have in the past so I am rating it off of past experiences. Excellent service, will always purchase to protect my electronics.

I don't know why anyone would ever by an item and not get the Best Buy warranty...? I've had items replaced that have stopped working and I've had items that I didn't use the warranty for I would much rather be protected though...

I love this service that Best Buy has for all its products. I recommend it if you want to keep the value of the products that apply for that. I have put it in all my purchases from Camera and lens, Smart TV and Samsung gear 3

Geek squad protection is great. I also get protection for all my devices.

For the price this is a great warranty if you think there is a chance the product you put it on could be damaged. I have it on all my wife and mine fitness trackers and feel better about wearing them to work and whatnot.

Depending of what electronic I purchase, I do buy an extended warranty with best buy, just as a piece of mind. If you'll invest your money into a gadget or an item you wish, protecting that is always the best option.

When my watch broke, Geek Squad instantly accepted my broken watch and led me to replacing it for no extra charge. Of course, unless I wanted something more of cost, I only needed to pay the difference. Highly recommend.

Great for unlucky or tends to drop things. I have rarely had a problem with geek squad report. The only time I had a real problem, they did what the could to make me happy.

Great watch! Battery life has been lasting me 5-7 days depending on how often I use the fitness/work our tracking. Nice vibrant screen.Def recommend

Best Buy's warranty is worth every cent. Beats the mfg warranty as well. My first band lost it's charge immediately and best buy was great about a replacement. Even fitbit or any other company doesn't offer this protection! Highly recommend.

Bought my smart watch with the protection plan. Thank goodness I did! I smashed it and shattered the screen. Took it back to Best Buy, paid for another protection plan and walked out with a new watch, no hassle!! Never buy without it!

I love the replacement warranty I bought. It is worth getting especially if something happens to your watch. They take it back and give you a new one no questions asked. Do not skimp on this on any of your products you get from Best Buy.
