My fitness watch stopped working. Went into Best Buy store and was automatically offered option to buy same watch or an upgrade, would just have to pay the difference. I am so glad I bought the Geek Squad Protection. Worth it.

This sets up a bit higher on the wrist because of the heart rate monitor. So I was glad that I got the warrantee in coverage in case I hit it on things because I plan on wearing it every day and I wanted to protect my investment

The 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement is well worth the cost! We all know that something can go wrong with electronics at any time. I have used the plan for replacement of my Fitbit and they have been great!

My husband's Fitbit surge wristband broke after a year. Since it wasn't a manufacturer's defect, we had to repurchase the warranty with the replacement. However still worth the $50 for a brand new surge. Easy to exchange @ store!
