I purchased this for my Galaxy Watch Active. I gives me a peace of mind and I want to be prepared for any eventualities. If one day I need it I know it is just there for me.

This is a great protection plan for a great price and there are no monthly fees it's a 1 time purchase which is awesome. You never have to worry about damaging your device and having to put another $400 down for a new one

Replaced my Garmin watch with a Fitbit Ionic because the band broke and replacements weren't available. No trouble from the Best Buy staff - really helpful and understanding.

Love the fitbit, keeps me aware of when I am/am not moving, motivated me to walk much more frequently than I used to. Also fun to 'compete' with friends. The Charge2 also alerts me as to when I need to move, etc. Love it.

I asked for an upgrade for my garmin watch and pay the difference since there was a problem with the battery life but they wont do it

Hopefully we wont have to use it but its great we have the option if need be.

I was doing some yard work, and a rock hit my watch, causing it to crack. I went to Best Buy and they replaced it immediately. These watches aren't cheap. It was the best thing I could have done to protect my investment.

Absolutely one of the best parts about purchasing a product from Best Buy, really the biggest benefit over online shopping, you can see and feel the products and when they break you have peace of mind and swap it out easy!!

I have had to use the protection plan multiple times. I have never had a problem getting a replacement on my merchandise. Having this gives me peace of mind and I suggest everyone buy this on all their purchases from Best Buy.

Never had to use it, but definitely worth having if you're prone to accidents.

Okay honestly these days if you're buying any Electronics without a protection plan you're setting yourself up for failure and regret they are made to have A 2 to 3 year shelf life maximum get it protected while you've got it.

Worth the cost. Great services and covers all technology

My Fitbit Band is a great idea but it's only made to last about 6 months. After that, the band starts to separate from the main assembly. I am happy I got the Geeksquad warranty which covered from Fitbit's poor craftsmanship.
