I get the Geek Squad replacement on all my products and glad I do. For the Fitbit replacement I don't have to send anything back I just go in the store and they give me a replacement easy as that

My daughter attends a college 7 hours from home. When she had a problem with her computer, she just went to Best Buy and the Geek Squad was there to help.

I have had good luck with geek squad protection. Makes life easy for my wife if anything goes wrong she can go to BBuy and get the issue resolved.

This was a replacement item. Representative made the process easy.

If you have any issues they refund the item and the warranty. Re ring up the new item and replacement. If there's a price difference you can upgrade to the newest model. You can't beat it.

I really hadnt had to use this. But maybe, I will try and use it for my asung watch and seenif I can get a new battery placed in.

I bought a Fitbit Alta and it was messing up. Part of the screen you could not read. It did this within the first 15 days of buying it so when I took it in the nice lady at customer service got me a new one

Always buy the 2 year protection plan from Best Buy. Every Fitbit I have owned and messed up after a year, and Best Buy always replaces it no questions asked. I will ALWAYS buy the protection plan.

This is a must if you don’t want to worry about issues with your watch. Haven’t needed yet but glad I got it.

I recommend this to anyone purchasing a Fitbit. It covered a Fitbit when it stopped charging. Saved my friend from having to put out the $ again for something that went wrong and wasn't her fault

great protection warranty, everyone should buy one. good price , but Walmart protection plans are cheaper wished best buy would lower there prices

With everything going on I haven’t had a chance to use it but they stated that with the tv I purchased all I had to do was call them or bring the tv in.

Always recommended to get an extra insurance in case you fall or broke your watch

Buying a protection plan gives peace of mind in case of some catastrophic failure event that damages your product, once. You need to purchase it again for your replacement product, fair enough.
