I purchased an item from Best buy with the extra warranty. Something went wrong, they came through and i received a brand new item.

Buying the Geek Squad protection / replacement is ALWAYS a must and a great option. Accidents do happen and it's always best to not have to pay full price again to fix or replace your product.

That being said, the Samsung watch has been great, and has not needed to use the warranty. I hope it continues, but the warranty gives peace of mind.

Havent had to use my protection but with my history, I feel a lot safer having it. I dont have to freak out about being careful around my watch, I just put it on and carry on with my life

This plan is worth the expense and it pays for itself. I had to use a plan for a devise I previously purchased. The associates honored the plan and it was very easy to access assistance

Have to have this with my wearables since I’m in construction. Have used it a couple of times.

Worth it. They replaced the watch due to cracked screen.

With it. Watch screen broke and they replaced the watch.

They installed the washer and made sure it worked without leaks!

I suggest that you always purchase a 2 year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement. You will not be sorry it will save you lots of money.

This is coverage for a heavy use product. Absolutely get this!! I have had to use it two times already and it has paid for itself multiple times over!!! An absolute must if you buy a Fitbit.

I highly recommend the warranty on the product. It’s easily damaged and I’ve had issues with charging after mfg warranty expires and geek squad covered it.

This is a no- brainer. Purchase this ! Two years to decide if you want to exchange your product! Plus you get your warranty funds back! I have used this on 2 occasions with absolutely no issues

I recommend the warranty on certain products. I have it on my Fit Bit and have had to exchange several times. Aside from having to drive to the store, the exchange is easy. Very worthwhile to have.
