Extends the warranty! Good, since FitBit products usually last under 2 years before some damage happens. Appreciate paying a little extra for damage I might cause that Best Buy will cover!

Probably one of the smartest choices I made this year. My Fitbit Charge 2 wristband broke after 5 months of use. Brought it back to the store and it was replaced with no questions asked.

The Geek squad protection plans are the best. very easy to work with and amazing customer service/satisfaction. I had to return my fitbit and it was a very easy transaction... highly recommend it.

I haven't actually used their service, but the protection plans are incredible. Its painless and easy to get a broken product swapped out.

The agents programed my watch and reviewed basic use instructions with me. I had a connection problem and when I came in they fixed the problem had reviewed me how I could correct this through using the website. Excellent customer service and patience.
