Let me tell you if you don't get the 2 year protection your missing out on a great deal. Stuff can happen in 2 years trust me.

Haven't had to use it yet, but if the time comes, if any defect occurs with my watch, they will replace it.

Must have coverage here! Love the convenience of return or replacement.

Geek squad service has helped me out big time in the past, so I usually buy this with the bigger purchases.

Great warranty, fast service and very happy with protection

Used for my Fitbit as I had many times in the past. When my watch died, I was able to replace with a newer model which was great. Unfortunately, I found out after that that Geek Squad protection can no longer be used for Fitbits.

My watch broke nd it replaced immediately. I just had to pay for nowhere warranty on exchanged product. Sved me alot of money.

I haven't had to use the insurance geek squad. If I do I m just hoping the squad will be able to address our needs

Not saying I don't trust my wife with taking care of the purchased item, I just don't trust the elements and others around her lol this is why accidental coverage is a MUST!

I don't remember what they did but what I do know is the staff at Best Buy is always super knowledgeable and helpful.

I always hate buying this at time of purchase but Best Buy so far has always stood behind their warranties.

It took me less than 5 minutes to return my watch, it was almost a year later and it stop charging, so I got the money back and I and upgraded to the newest one

I made the mistake of not purchasing this for my other daughter's watch. This will find in handy if needed.

Hopefully I won't have to use it, but even if I do, I know from past experiences that Geek Squad will take care of me

My Fitbit watch died. Fitbit warranty was 1 year , mine lasted 18 months... if not for Best Buy warranty I’d be out an expensive watch. Fitbit support is awful...

Was able to exchange item with no issues when it became defective. Definitely recommend getting protection plan for everything. Better than apple care, hands down
