My citizen smartwatch was going out and i brought it in to have it looked at they said they basiclly just replace it with a new one but they no longer carried my particular model in stock so they refunded me what i payed for it and i got a new samsung 6 classic the transition was super easy and smooth the associate helping me was very knowledgeable and helpful

I purchased 24 month plan for $40 with my Samsung Galaxy Watch Active. 17 months later, my watch stopped working properly. The screen would not turn on. I followed the instructions and made an appointment with Geek Squad. Unfortunately, that was a waste of time - they do not repair watches. Instead I was told to swap it out at customer service. Customer service refunded the original purchase price, including value of a rewards certificate I used to buy the watch. The upgraded version was the same price, so they swapped it for a newer watch. The only downside - I was told that my protection plan was "used", and even though there was technically 7 months remaining, it was no longer valid. I purchased a new protection plan for the replacement watch though, especially since the first one gave out for no reason. Overall, it's a great value. Complaints are that I wasted days waiting for an appointment that I didn't need, and that I had to buy a new plan.

If you aren't a member, you should be. It pays for itself over and over.

Great idea to add on. My watch unfortunately broke. And I dreaded the return process for fear of lots of questions or being denied return. I was happily surprised. Took watch in last night explained issues. No need to beg for an exchange or refund. The team member search for an exact replacement which was not available. The money I paid for the watch was quickly refunded to me so that I may use it towards another smart watch. Most hassle free process ever. Thank you Best Buy Geek Squad!

This watch was very good, the only con is that sometimes the heart rate sensor seemed a bit off and took long to actually start tracking. This was mainly annoying during workouts where I wanted to maintain 120-140bpm and wanted this as proof of improving my cardio but wouldn't read it to me, otherwise, very nice, customizable, and comfy.

Geek squad has always taken care of me when I've had to use this service.

I've had this watch for about 18 months and had no problems with it at all. Like the options to change the appearance and information on the face as often as desired without cost. I been motivated to be more active and in doing so am more healthy!

Good to have just in case anything happens to it at all

Ive started my weight loss journey with the purchase of the samsung galaxy watch 5 pro and i can gladly and proudly share that with the help of the cardio and calorie tracking, ive managaed to get my weight under control! Ive taken it swimming and lifting and have never had a problem with it. Absolutely Recommend!

They take care of the customers! I had an issue with the watch, and they have been very helpful and are sending me a replacement watch and bands to help eesolve the issue. The watch is very nice, and I love it! The only thing I'd suggest is a temp reading. The slate gray goes with any other band so I'd definitely recommend that color!

After always avoiding the "extended warranty" on everything, that for my watch I NEEDED the Best Buy extension! Now look... I'll probably never need this extra insurance now!

My Samsung watch stopped working just before this warranty was over and I am so glad I bought it. I got store credit, and I purchased another Geek Squad protection for the other electronics I bought.

The Geek squad service has always been great very knowledgeable, great customer service, also leave happy with all my problems and questions answered and solved and that's why I remain A loyal customer! Wouldn't dare go any where else

I had forgotten I had purchased this with my jawbone. So glad I did. The band isn't as flexible as I needed it to be, so eventually the material tore, which affects the tracker altogether since the sensors run through the band. The wire was exposed. I was about to just throw it away and found the original email receipt showing the plan purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when I got credit for the full purchase value, many plans give credit based on the today price, and that was a 75% decrease in the year I had it. Of course my jawbone is no longer carried in the store, but I had no problem upgrading to my new samsung gear2, thanks to the full value credit given..yay!

The agents were very informative on the policy details when buying my Oura ring! I feel much more secure about my purchase incase anything were to go wrong. They are absolutely amazing!
