Great warranty, a must have when purchasing electronics.

This plan was bought for my wife's Samsung watch. The watch back fell off just before the warranty expired. Best Buy could not get the same watch to replace hers so they upgraded her for no charge.

We love Geek Squad and get it on as many things as we cab. The agents are o nice. Today they helped my husband chage oour watch bands to the new ones we got since it's difficult physically for us to dpo that, but no matter what we ask everyone at Geek Squad tries to help if they can.

The actual watch is great - very stylish. It is very functional and great for fitness and the apps are very accessible. I received the watch as a gift. My only complaint is that the battery life isn't as long as my older watch but the charging is fast.

Helps me when my item has a bug and it can be restored to its original power

To protect against scratches, if anything could go wrong without the screen protector, my wife would find away by accident. Now it's covered. Great warranty!

I got this for my new 2 in 1 laptop, Microsoft Band, and XBOX One. Some devices just need the extra protection. The XBOX brand consoles have always had a reputation for failing soon after release (mine didn't thankfully), the tablet is super thin and touch-screen... so a lot could happen and also, if the battery goes bad in 2 years, it's nice to know I'm covered. Also the Microsoft Band is a wearable and is likely to get gouged or scratched at some point in 2 years, so it';s nice to be covered there too. Some things are not necessary to get this but sometimes it's good to have a little extra peace of mind.

The option to purchase the warranty is a plus!! Any problems with it, has always been resolved!! No problems with the watch

After my HyperX cloud s headphone broke I picked there's up as a quick fix. The sound is solid and the fact that I can just plug in the included USB c connector to any USB c to get audio output is useful. Use them for my phone, switch, and PS5 and they work great even as a mic, even thou the mic quality is below the average full side headset. Only major negative is the earpieces out of case battery life is low. With a full charge and constant use I get a little over 2 hours

I absolutely love Greek Squad and bestbuy extended warranty. Im really active running cycling swimming hiking. Sometimes things happen that can damage your property. I have never had any problems with replacement of my damaged goods

Imma so glad i got the protection plan for 2 yrs. I got the galaxy smart watch pro active 2 and it stipped counting steps after almost a month. I went in and they were able to order me a whole new one since they did have any in stock. GET THE GEEK SQUAD protection plan SO WORTH EVERY PENNY.... im so GLAD i got it throughout BEST BUY become had i gotten it from another store i would have been able to get this protection plan

Warraenty is nice to have for protection for 2 years.

Absolutely worth every penny. I took my smart watch in after having it 2 years less a few days since it started flickering and not working so great. It took less than 20 minutes and I walked out with a new watch and owed only the cost of the new protection I purchased for the new watch. Amazing experience and best extended warranty of any store.

My hubby bought me a FitBit in May for my birthday, & for some reason added the replacement plan to it: we rarely do that! But my FitBit menu button on the side was hard to push in; one day it was impossible to do, & I had to hold it down forever to even see the time, then it wouldn't scroll thru the rest of the options, like total steps, heart rate, etc. We took it to Best Buy, & after Customer Service looked at it, I was given a totally new one, same type (HR+) & color. It was totally worth the extra money ($25, I believe) to fully replace a $150 item!! Great service!!

Hopefully I won’t need to use the product for my watch.
