I had my fit bit for almost 2 yrs. one day it just stooped charging. I called geek squad and they where so friendly and Profesional. They took my information and due to Covid-19 they extended my warranty 30 days and made me an appt. I went to the store and the Geel Squad agent immediately took care of and asked me to pick another fit bit. I was so excited to get the upgrade to versa2. I will always buy protection.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Samsung Watch! I can work in the garden, in the laundry room etc and not break my phone! My hands are free to keep working around my home! Definitely worth the buy for Moms and Housewives on the go!

I love my Bose Sleep Buds and have yet to have a major issue with them; however, they have already become an integral part of my night life and I would be completely distraught if I had to go a night without them. Since life is unpredictable, I got the service plan. Why? Because when something goes wrong, I won't have to contact Bose and play the repair/exchange game with them. Instead, I can just go to Best Buy, get them replaced, and not have to face a night without them!

I have used this 2 year warranty multiple times and every time I have purchased it, I have not regretted it. Even if you feel like youre a safe person and take care of your stuff, get it! It will save you a much regrettable headache in the long run!

It does not cover the product repair costs only 20% off parts and nothing off of labor. It covers less than most warranties

My Samsung watch died about a year and a half into this warranty. Worked like a charm. No questions asked and gave the money back that I orginally paid and was able to get a newer watch.

Easy and great service and friendly customer service brought to them my watch with an issue they took care of me instantly although i just showed up without an appointment and fixed my issue right away.

I love love love best buys warrant plans. Honestly they're the only place that I buy serious electronics for myself. Their geek squad is pretty much hassle free and will get what you need and out the door quickly

Service is very easy to use and great for wearable devices especially. I would highly recommend for any and all wearable electronics or headphones. I've always gotten it on my smart watches since they're exposed to just about every use pool, hiking, cycling, etc.

I have not had to access their services as yet, but documents arrived timely. I received a follow up message making sure that I was aware of the 2 year Geek Squad Protection.

I purchased the 2-year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement on my Samsung Gear Fit2. I have not used it on this particular product, but have purchased the same 2-year replacement on other products purchased from Best Buy and on one occasion, Best Buy replaced an item that could not be repaired. No hassle. They stood behind their product replacement. I would recommend seriously considering the small cost of the product replacement, depending upon the item, the use of the item, and the cost of the item.

Bought this warranty for smart ring. From past experience I am hoping I don't need to use it.

I purchased this 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement plan on a whim because by the time I'd saved enough to buy the product I wanted (a Fitbit Aria), it had gone on sale and the price equalized out. Plus, there had been some rumblings on longevity of the device. And while I had initially I forgotten about it, I fortunately had to buy something else and happened to see the active warranty. So I took it in. No muss, no fuss, Best Buy replaced it.

These guys are THE BEST!! Having this protection for the year is great. I've taken my computers to have them cleaned and they did a phenomenal job each time, not to mention with a computer that was 2013 old. One computer I forgot the passcode and they were still able to bypass it and get it cleaned for me. I'll be subscribing again, not to mention you get FREE computer protection when you buy this protection. Win, Win.
