I'm so happy I purchased this for my Charge 2. I'm already on my 3rd one in less than a year. Especially for the work I do, having a replacement option made sense on this item. In store exchanges have been so painless. I'm very happy

Accidents happen and items can break. I highly recommend purchasing the protection. I've used it in the past and it's a hassle free program. Matter of fact I used it for this watch as my previous one (older model) had the band break.

I don't know why anyone would ever by an item and not get the Best Buy warranty...? I've had items replaced that have stopped working and I've had items that I didn't use the warranty for I would much rather be protected though...

So happy l bought warranty to my watch, it saves and it helps a lot. I got a brand new watch after l accidently dropped it, the warranty covered it . No hassle

I love this service that Best Buy has for all its products. I recommend it if you want to keep the value of the products that apply for that. I have put it in all my purchases from Camera and lens, Smart TV and Samsung gear 3

I had a different tracker before and the band broke. Because I carried this warranty, I was able to replace with the most similar item at no cost. I always buy the Geek Squad extension.

For the price this is a great warranty if you think there is a chance the product you put it on could be damaged. I have it on all my wife and mine fitness trackers and feel better about wearing them to work and whatnot.

When my watch broke, Geek Squad instantly accepted my broken watch and led me to replacing it for no extra charge. Of course, unless I wanted something more of cost, I only needed to pay the difference. Highly recommend.

Geek squad employees are awesome. They are knowledgeable on products and policy. Hopeful when product is unable to be fixed and assist in upgrading. Answer all questions.

Every time I Purchase something I love, It has to have Geek Squad Protection, So If anything happens, they replace the item for free, Amazing

Depending of what electronic I purchase, I do buy an extended warranty with best buy, just as a piece of mind. If you'll invest your money into a gadget or an item you wish, protecting that is always the best option.

Best Buy's warranty is worth every cent. Beats the mfg warranty as well. My first band lost it's charge immediately and best buy was great about a replacement. Even fitbit or any other company doesn't offer this protection! Highly recommend.
